OpenBots is a robotic process automation platform for organizations building and coordinating repetitive business processes. It combines OpenBots Studio for automation development with cloud execution, orchestration, storage, scheduling, monitoring and workflow tools. Teams in areas such as healthcare, insurance, banking, lending and general enterprise operations can use attended or unattended automations, while business users can interact with approvals, work items, sites and forms that trigger bots.
Its strongest differentiator is breadth within a single RPA environment. OpenBots combines AI-assisted document classification, extraction and validation with browser automation using Selenium commands. Centralized storage covers files, assets and work items, while server assets can hold global and agent-specific values. The platform also brings together cloud scheduling, monitoring, approvals and forms, giving teams a way to connect document-heavy or browser-based tasks with business workflows.
