Our verdict on OPC Mail

OPC Mail is a free, open-source email alias service for receiving messages at unlimited aliases on a custom domain. It is aimed at individuals, SaaS testing, newsletters, shopping, and one-person companies that want catch-all delivery without pre-registering each alias. After DNS MX configuration, any prefix at the domain can receive mail. The service is available on the web and through an iOS inbox app, with Cloudflare DNS listed as an integration.

The Free plan costs $0 USD per month and includes unlimited aliases, open-source software, no tracking or ads, and custom-domain catch-all email. Its feature set also includes alias-based spam-source tracking and no AI message scanning. This makes OPC Mail a focused option for buyers who prioritize simple receiving workflows, domain-level flexibility, and a published privacy-oriented approach over a broad email suite. The iOS app extends inbox access beyond the web, while the service remains centered on alias management and message receipt.

OPC Mail’s main trade-off is scope. Its documented use centers on receiving messages, so it is a better fit for separating sign-ups, newsletters, shopping activity, and testing traffic than for workflows that depend on sending or replying from aliases. Custom-domain setup also requires DNS MX configuration, which adds a technical step before delivery works. Choose OPC Mail if unlimited custom-domain aliases, catch-all delivery, open-source implementation, and no tracking or ads match your priorities. Choose another service if outbound alias communication or broader platform coverage is essential.
