Onfile is a web-based vendor compliance document platform for property managers, contractors, facilities teams, and other organizations managing vendor records. It supports collection, review, approval, tracking, and renewal of certificates of insurance, W-9s, licenses, agreements, safety documents, and other requirements. Vendor upload links do not require vendor logins, while requirement templates, dashboards, reminders, reports, activity logs, and centralized storage give teams a structured way to manage compliance work.
Pricing is organized across three monthly plans. Starter costs $49 per month and includes document uploads and storage, compliance tracking, automated email reminders, and a self-service billing portal. Growth costs $99 per month and adds OCR document extraction, Slack and Microsoft Teams alerts, scheduled vendor imports from CSV exports, and priority email support. Pro costs $299 per month and adds a REST API with scoped keys, outbound webhooks with signed delivery, and a dedicated account manager. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card, and the published pricing page describes Pro as including unlimited vendors.
