OneDirectory is a cloud-based employee directory and organizational chart platform for organizations using Microsoft 365. It is designed for mid-sized and large organizations that need searchable employee profiles, reporting lines, departments, offices, skills, and organizational units in a web-based system. Microsoft-based sign-in and role-based access support controlled directory access, while administrator-controlled fields let organizations shape profile information around their structure.
Pricing is organized by employee-profile bands rather than a single flat rate. The Pro plan for up to 250 profiles costs $349 per month or $3,790 per year. For 251–500 profiles, pricing is $649 per month or $6,990 per year. The 501–1,000 profile tier costs $999 per month or $10,790 per year, while 1,001–2,000 profiles cost $1,599 per month or $17,290 per year.
