Onboard is a customer onboarding and implementation platform for B2B SaaS post-sale teams. It is designed for customer-success and implementation groups managing launch plans, tasks, deadlines, communication, documents, forms, and project visibility from contract through go-live. Its customer portal uses magic-link access, while dashboards track onboarding progress across projects, portfolios, and KPIs. Dynamic launch plans can use deal and onboarding variables, giving teams a structured way to manage multi-stakeholder implementations rather than in-app product adoption.
Pricing is organized around three tiers, with monthly and annual-prepay equivalents. Starter costs $25 per month monthly or $23 per month annually, includes 1 paid seat and 25 active projects, and provides unlimited customers, a customer portal, templates, task management, live discussions, and an inbox. Essentials costs $300 monthly or $270 monthly annually, adds 5 paid seats, 5 contributors, unlimited view-only users, unlimited projects, Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, and workflows and automation. Pro costs $1,000 monthly or $900 monthly annually, with 10 paid seats, 10 contributors, unlimited view-only users and projects, advanced reporting and dashboards, SSO, and custom integrations. A 14-day Starter trial is available.
Onboard’s ecosystem includes Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Zapier, Workato, Pipedrive, Asana, Jira, Zoom, Notion, Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft, Twilio, and Snowflake, alongside web and API access. Workflow automation, AI insights, custom forms, and document workflows extend its focus beyond basic checklists. The main boundary is equally clear: Onboard explicitly does not support in-app product tours. Teams coordinating post-sale onboarding projects, customer communication, and implementation reporting should consider it; teams primarily seeking embedded product adoption guidance should choose an in-app onboarding tool instead.
