Okendo is a customer marketing platform for Shopify brands that collect, manage, display, and distribute customer reviews. It supports product and site reviews, photo and video submissions, automated email requests and reminders, in-mail review submission, imports, moderation, merchant replies, and multiple storefront display formats. Ecommerce teams can use it to manage customer-generated content across their storefront, Google, social commerce channels, and retail networks.

Essentials covers product and site reviews, media reviews, imports, and widgets.
