Nutrient Workflow is a low-code platform for organizations that need to automate document-centric processes such as finance, legal, HR, procurement, compliance, or education workflows. Teams can design processes visually, collect information through structured forms, route approvals with conditional logic, and view documents within a workflow. The product is aimed at organizations coordinating operational work around documents and approvals, rather than teams seeking a broad, general-purpose work manager.
Its main functional depth is in connecting intake, review, and oversight. Forms can use validation and dynamic logic; approval flows can be configured; and dashboards provide custom reports, KPIs, alerts, and SLA tracking. Audit trails and historical snapshots help teams follow process activity. The platform also includes AI-assisted data extraction, form generation, and approval recommendations. Mobile apps support approvals, forms, and notifications, while a REST API and integrations—including Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Slack, and SharePoint—can connect workflows to existing systems.
