Novis is a web-based AI workspace for legal, procurement, and in-house teams handling contract review. It accepts PDF, Word, and scanned contracts, then supports questions, clause and obligation extraction, risk and deviation checks, and drafting of issue lists, redline notes, and summaries. Reusable prompt libraries and review playbooks help organize recurring review work. The product also includes wider document, spreadsheet, presentation, research, and transcription capabilities, making it broader than a standalone contract-discovery application.
The paid plans separate individual work from collaborative and enterprise requirements. Pro monthly and Pro annual each include 10,000 credits per month, one user seat, all AI models, and projects with document storage. Team monthly and Team annual add unlimited seats, shared credits, a usage analytics dashboard, EU or US data residency, and business-hours chat support. Enterprise uses custom pricing and adds advanced usage analytics, private deployment through a VPC or on-premise environment, and advanced enterprise security with SSO.
