Our verdict on Noloco

Noloco is a visual no-code builder for operational apps, client portals, internal tools, dashboards, and workflow-driven business applications. It is aimed at professional services firms, agencies, consultancies, and teams working with project, CRM, and operational data. Apps can use the built-in Noloco Tables database or connect to external sources, while authentication, branded experiences, forms, charts, comments, and action buttons support client-facing and internal workflows. Nola AI can help create tables, layouts, views, workflows, and app structures.

Pricing covers a Free plan, a monthly Build plan, an annually billed Build option, and Enterprise. Free includes unlimited team seats, 50 active clients, 2,000 records, Noloco Tables and CSV import, plus AI credits. Build costs $79 per month when billed monthly or $65 per month when billed annually, and adds 1,000 active clients, 25,000 records, data sources, 250 AI credits per month, and 2FA login security; the annual option is billed annually. Enterprise adds custom seats and AI credits, unlimited records, private or VPC data sources, SSO/SAML, audit logs, dedicated customer success, and an SLA. A 14-day free trial is also available.

Its ecosystem suits teams that need to bring existing operational data into a permissioned portal. Integrations include Airtable, Google Sheets, Xano, SmartSuite, Stripe, PostgreSQL, Supabase, HubSpot, MySQL, Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, OpenAI, and Intercom. The GraphQL API supports fetching, creating, updating, and deleting app data. Publishing is web-based, with Progressive Web App installation and push notifications for mobile access rather than native mobile applications. Choose Noloco for client portals and structured business workflows; consider another builder if native mobile apps or a lower paid entry price are priorities.
