Nobody Workz Mail Hosting review
A practical hosted-mail option for teams that need custom domains and standard client access.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
Nobody Workz Mail Hosting provides email addresses on a customer’s own domain for teams, clubs, communities and businesses. It combines browser webmail with IMAP/SMTP access, allowing customers to connect Outlook, Thunderbird and Apple Mail. Mailbox administration takes place through the provider’s customer portal, while the service is hosted in Germany. The feature set is focused on core hosted-mail requirements rather than broader collaboration software.
According to the vendor’s pricing page, the service starts at €2.99 per month with monthly billing. The paid service includes custom-domain mailboxes, spam and virus protection, aliases, forwarding and auto-replies. DNS-related controls include DKIM/SPF configuration, which supports domain email administration. The vendor also documents assistance with setup, migration and DNS configuration, making the service a fit for organizations moving existing domain mail to a hosted provider. Buyers should review the portal’s mailbox and storage options before selecting a plan.
Platform fit is a clear part of the offering: users can access mail through the web, iOS and Android, while standard desktop and mobile mail clients can connect through IMAP/SMTP. Integrations with Outlook, Thunderbird and Apple Mail reduce the need to change existing email software. There is no free plan, and mobile access is based on third-party apps rather than dedicated vendor applications. Founded in 2024, Nobody Workz Mail Hosting suits small organizations that want straightforward domain email, standard client compatibility and German hosting; organizations seeking a longer operating history or a broader productivity suite should consider alternatives.
