Our verdict on NetRemit
NetRemit is Macro Global’s white-label cross-border payment and remittance platform for banks, money-transfer operators, payment institutions and other regulated businesses. It combines administration and operations controls with customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, payout connectivity, reporting, reconciliation visibility, case management and branded digital channels. Branch, agent and assisted-service workflows sit alongside web, Android, iOS and API delivery, making it suited to organisations running both digital and assisted remittance journeys.
The pricing structure has two contact-sales plans. Premium includes a white-labelled remittance platform, shared cloud hosting, third-party integrations, support and go-to-market consulting. Enterprise adds dedicated private hosting, unlimited currency corridors, extended helpdesk and level 2 technical support, plus go-to-market consulting. There is no free plan, so buyers should scope expected corridors, hosting needs, support requirements and implementation services with Macro Global before selecting a tier.
Integration breadth is a central part of the platform’s fit. API-led delivery connects payment gateways, payout partners, FX providers, AML/KYC and sanctions services, SMS, CRM, core banking, ledger and accounting platforms. Payout connectivity covers bank accounts, wallets and stablecoin-enabled rails, while more than 40 reports, event logs and audit trails support operational oversight. ISO 27001 and two-factor authentication are listed compliance and security measures, and support is available by email and phone with 24/7 coverage.
