Neblex CPQ brings product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, territory management, and quota administration into one web and API platform. It is designed for enterprise sales, finance, product, and IT teams, while its quota features make it relevant to SMBs that need quota planning inside a broader CPQ workflow. Representatives can receive individual targets, track attainment in real time, manage territory access, and use credit splits for multi-representative deals.

Pricing is structured around four tiers. Entry Level costs $20 per user per month and includes 20 CPQ models, 2,000 attributes, 30 data tables, 2,000 rules, 5,000 parts, and 50 GB of document storage. Professional costs $30 per user monthly and increases those limits to 40 models, 4,000 attributes, 60 data tables, 4,000 rules, 50,000 parts, and 150 GB. Enterprise costs $50 per user monthly, with 60 models, 6,000 attributes, 90 data tables, 6,000 rules, 250,000 parts, and 300 GB. Custom adds custom limits, dedicated environments, SSO and security review, custom integrations, and support and SLA options.

The platform’s strongest fit is for organizations that want quota controls alongside configuration, pricing, document generation, and approval workflows. Its visual territory canvas enforces access rules, while sequential or parallel approvals include audit tracking. REST API access, an OpenAPI specification, and an integration event feed support embedded or connected workflows; the product also supports shared cloud, dedicated-instance, and private deployment models. Choose Neblex CPQ when quota work is part of a larger CPQ process. A specialist quota platform may be a better choice when quota planning is the primary requirement rather than one capability within a wider system.
