nazwa.pl CloudMail is hosted business email for companies and private users using custom domains. It combines browser-based webmail with IMAP and POP3 access, an Android application, an integrated calendar and task organizer, aliases, catch-all addresses, backups, and spam and antivirus filtering. Security features include SPF, DKIM, DMARC and optional two-factor authentication. Its large mailboxes make it a practical fit for Polish teams that want hosted email with substantial storage rather than a minimal mailbox service.

Pricing is divided into three monthly plans. CloudMail Start costs 50 PLN per month and includes 100 GB of storage, one email account, 2FA, backups, and antivirus and antispam protection. CloudMail Biznes costs 150 PLN per month, increases storage to 500 GB, and adds unlimited email accounts. CloudMail Pro costs 300 PLN per month, includes 1 TB of storage, allows expansion to 10 TB, and also provides unlimited email accounts. Standard prices exclude 23% VAT. Start’s three-alias limit is a meaningful constraint for smaller teams with several role-based addresses, while Biznes and Pro show unlimited aliases.

CloudMail’s strongest platform fit comes from protocol access: teams can connect mail clients through IMAP or POP3 while also using webmail and Android. Calendar and task features extend it beyond email, and the documented security controls support custom-domain administration. The service is less suited to organizations seeking a free tier, a clearly documented integration ecosystem, or more than three aliases on the entry plan. Choose Start for one account with generous storage, Biznes for teams needing unlimited accounts, and Pro when expandable storage is the priority.
