Our verdict on Naverisk

Naverisk is a remote monitoring and management platform for managed service providers and IT professionals. It monitors Windows, Linux, macOS and SNMP devices, with real-time alerting, remote management, patch management and script execution. Multi-client device and role management supports service providers overseeing different customer environments, while service desk, PSA, contract management and automated billing extend the product beyond endpoint monitoring. Mobile access is available through iOS and Android applications.

The published offering starts at $110 per month for the Naverisk plan, described as an all-in-one IT services automation suite. There is no free plan. At that price, the feature set spans endpoint monitoring, remote control integrations, operating-system patching, scheduled and on-demand scripts, service desk automation, billing workflows and mobile access. Naverisk supports cloud or on-premises deployment, giving organizations a choice between a hosted service and self-managed installation. That flexibility is useful for teams with different infrastructure requirements, but the product is positioned as a broad operational suite rather than a lightweight monitoring tool.

Naverisk also fits into established MSP ecosystems through integrations with Xero, QuickBooks, Autotask, ConnectWise, Zendesk, TeamViewer, Splashtop, ScreenConnect, Sophos, Huntress, N-able N-sight, StorageCraft, ScalePad and e-automate. Its platform coverage includes web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, API and self-hosted access. Choose Naverisk if your team wants monitoring, automation, service management and billing under one product. An endpoint-only team seeking a narrower RMM may find this wider operational scope unnecessary.
