A capable free tier for basic access, with paid plans aimed at managed support teams.

MSP360 Connect is remote desktop software for personal users, small businesses, managed service providers and IT departments. Its feature set covers attended remote access, unattended access in Pro and Managed editions, file transfer, session recording, multi-monitor support, text and voice chat, multi-user sessions and unlimited concurrent sessions. Windows and macOS desktop applications are joined by iOS and Android mobile apps, while browser-based access is available through Managed Connect.
The plan structure makes the product accessible for basic remote support, but the tiers serve different operating needs. Free includes attended access, a 5-device address book, session recording, a 10 MB file transfer limit and unlimited concurrent sessions. Pro adds unattended access, a 25-device address book, a 1 GB file transfer limit and 24/7 technical support; its published price is $89.99 per connecting device per year with annual billing. Managed Connect adds centralized management, web-based remote access, mass deployment, reporting and HaloPSA integration, with pricing handled through a quote.
MSP360 Connect fits teams that want to start with free attended access or need a path toward centralized support operations. Recording, concurrent sessions and mobile applications give the product useful breadth for routine assistance, while Managed Connect is the relevant option for organizations that need administration and reporting. Buyers should look closely at access mode and device limits before choosing a tier: Free does not include unattended access, and the paid Pro license is priced per connecting device per year. Teams needing browser-based access, mass deployment or HaloPSA integration should consider Managed Connect rather than Free or Pro.
