Mortgage Ready is a cloud-based CRM for UK mortgage brokers and firms. It is designed for sole advisers, small teams and growing practices that need to manage mortgage and protection cases from enquiry through completion. The product combines mortgage-specific pipeline stages with online fact finds, document collection, lead intake forms, task workflows and client communication. Branded client and introducer portals give external users access to case status, messages and document uploads, while CSV import supports bringing contacts and cases into the system. It runs on the web and provides API access on the Firm plan.
The plan structure follows business size. Sole Adviser includes unlimited mortgage and protection cases, a branded client portal, mortgage and protection fact finds, a document vault with audit trail, lead intake forms and email support. Growing Team adds unlimited admin and introducer users, team workflow, task routing, custom branding, a portal domain and role-based permissions, alongside priority email and chat support. Firm adds SSO with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, advanced audit logs, compliance reports, API access, dedicated onboarding and training, and a named account manager. A 15-day free trial is available without requiring a credit card, and annual billing saves two months on every plan.
Mortgage Ready is a good fit when mortgage-specific workflows, controlled document exchange and portal access matter more than broad marketing functionality. Its compliance-oriented features become more substantial at the Firm level, while smaller practices can keep the workflow centered on cases, fact finds and documents. The product is less suitable for firms specifically seeking mobile apps, SMS or marketing automation, or for teams that need SSO and API access without moving to the highest tier. UK GDPR positioning and UK/EU data residency also make it relevant to firms considering regional data handling requirements.
