Momentum is an AI revenue orchestration platform for sales, revenue operations, customer success, marketing and executive teams. It turns customer interactions into structured data, updates Salesforce, automates follow-ups and sends workflow notifications through Slack and Microsoft Teams. The product is suited to mid-market and enterprise organizations that need sales, marketing and success teams to work from connected pipeline, account and customer signals.
The Business plan costs $69 per user per month when billed annually and includes GTM AI, call summaries, action items, email follow-ups, workflow automation and deal rooms. Transformation costs $99 per user per month annually, adding executive briefs, AI coaching and analytics while retaining workflow automation and deal rooms. Enterprise uses custom pricing and adds single sign-on, SLAs, white-glove onboarding and support, and compliance. There is no free plan, so Momentum is aimed at teams prepared to adopt a paid, annual revenue-operations system.
Its strongest fit comes from the breadth of its operating model. Momentum can summarize calls, extract Salesforce fields, objects, notes and cases, create post-call tasks, support pipeline forecasting and quota planning, and surface churn-risk, competitor-mention and customer-sentiment signals. Slack and Microsoft Teams alerts, deal and account rooms, historical CRM extraction, deal-change analysis and Snowflake synchronization extend that workflow beyond the CRM. Integrations include Salesforce, Zoom, Gong, Google Meet, Chorus, Salesloft, Dialpad, Clari, Cisco Webex, Google Docs, Asana, Outreach and Mixmax. Choose Momentum when revenue teams need shared automation and forecasting; choose a narrower tool if the priority is only call transcription or basic CRM task management.
