An affordable help desk with knowledge bases, SLA controls, automation, and AI assistance.

Mojo Helpdesk is a cloud help desk from Metadot for IT teams, schools, healthcare organizations, customer service teams, and growing businesses. It turns requests from email, web forms, portals, and chatbots into tickets, then adds routing, prioritization, workflow automation, SLA tracking, reporting, knowledge bases, and self-service portals. Its public and private searchable knowledge bases make it a fit for organizations that want an affordable helpdesk with basic knowledge management rather than a standalone documentation platform.
According to the vendor's pricing page, the Team plan costs $14 per agent per month, billed monthly, and includes unlimited tickets, email integration, a self-service knowledge base, canned responses, custom forms, and customer ticket history. Business costs $24 per agent per month and adds agent permissions, escalation rules, ticket merging, round-robin assignment, and advanced business hours. Enterprise costs $34 per agent per month and adds HIPAA compliance and a BAA, advanced reporting, a dedicated account manager, priority support, and automated exports. A 21-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
Mojo Helpdesk's breadth extends beyond ticketing: teams can configure conditional bots and actions, connect Email, Google Workspace, Zapier, Slack, and Microsoft 365, and use SSO with SAML, JWT, Google, Microsoft, and other identity providers. Asset inventory can link devices, software licenses, warranties, and contracts to ticket histories, although asset management is an add-on. Felix AI supports reply drafting, thread summaries, and article recommendations. The product should suit support-led teams that value SLA controls, self-service, and practical automation. Organizations seeking wider platform coverage or a deeper knowledge-base specialization should look elsewhere.
