Mogli review
A capable Salesforce texting suite whose annual cost and web-only access narrow its fit.

Mogli is a Salesforce-native business texting platform for businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, and government agencies that want messaging embedded in Salesforce records and workflows. It supports one-to-one SMS, bulk messaging from Campaigns, Reports, and List Views, MMS attachments, scheduled and automated sends, shared conversation management, surveys, forms, appointment scheduling, and inbound keyword-triggered workflows. Its integrations include Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Agentforce, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
The annual organization-based pricing model may suit larger Salesforce teams because every listed plan includes unlimited users and contacts. Starter costs $4,300 per organization per year and includes 50,000 annual message segments, three outbound phone numbers, and Starter onboarding and support. Standard costs $8,400 annually with 150,000 annual message segments, five outbound phone numbers, and Standard onboarding and support. Elite costs $13,800 annually and adds 25 outbound phone numbers, one high-throughput toll-free number, WhatsApp integration, and RCS availability. Enterprise costs $23,900 annually and includes 100 outbound phone numbers and two high-throughput toll-free numbers, along with WhatsApp integration and RCS availability.
Mogli’s strongest case is its depth inside the Salesforce ecosystem. Teams can manage shared conversations through Mogli Inbox and Conversation View, trigger workflows from inbound keywords, shorten URLs and track engagement, and use AI-generated summaries and message recommendations. The web-only platform may be less suitable for organizations seeking broader access options, while the annual starting price can be difficult to justify for smaller teams or lower-volume programs. Choose Mogli when Salesforce is central to sales, service, fundraising, education, or outreach workflows; consider an alternative when lower entry cost or wider platform coverage matters more.
