Our verdict on MobileForm
MobileForm is a Progressive Web App for collecting field data when internet access is unreliable. It suits inspectors, surveyors, auditors, utility crews, and other field teams that need forms with offline completion, photo capture, GPS coordinates, electronic signatures, and automatic synchronization when connectivity returns. Conditional fields, calculation fields, PDF and Excel exports, client approval links, barcode and QR scanning, and AI import of paper forms and PDFs extend it beyond basic data capture.
The published plans show a useful freemium structure. Free costs $0 as a flat plan and includes offline form filling, photo, GPS, and signature fields, plus PDF export. Pro costs $190 per user per year with annual billing and adds unlimited forms, unlimited submissions, background sync, barcode and QR scanning, and Google Sheets live sync.
