Minispace is browser-based daycare software for CPEs, private daycares, and home child care services. It is aimed at small teams that want to record daily care and keep families informed without installing software. Educators can log meals, naps, hygiene, activities, health, nutrition, sleep, and observations, then deliver daily journal summaries to parents automatically. The focus is the day-to-day link between care records and family communication, rather than a broad administrative suite.
Its communication tools include real-time one-to-one, group, and broadcast messaging, secure photo sharing with parent notifications, and email and web push notifications. Daily menus can include allergy and dietary restriction information, while document sharing covers menus, policies, newsletters, and other documents. Educator roles and access management provide a way to structure staff access. The browser-based service is described for use from computers, tablets, or phones, but the listed platform is web and mobile apps are not included.
