Minispace is browser-based daycare software for CPEs, private daycares, and home child care services. It is aimed at small teams that want to record daily care and keep families informed without installing software. Educators can log meals, naps, hygiene, activities, health, nutrition, sleep, and observations, then deliver daily journal summaries to parents automatically. The focus is the day-to-day link between care records and family communication, rather than a broad administrative suite.

Its communication tools include real-time one-to-one, group, and broadcast messaging, secure photo sharing with parent notifications, and email and web push notifications. Daily menus can include allergy and dietary restriction information, while document sharing covers menus, policies, newsletters, and other documents. Educator roles and access management provide a way to structure staff access. The browser-based service is described for use from computers, tablets, or phones, but the listed platform is web and mobile apps are not included. That makes it a fit for teams comfortable working through a browser, not those seeking dedicated mobile apps.

According to the vendor’s pricing page, the minispace.app plan costs $25 per daycare monthly or $250 per daycare annually; the page does not specify a currency. Both options include the daily logbook, observations and photos, real-time parent messaging, unlimited children and educators, and support. A 30-day free trial is available, with no card required. The vendor says child data is hosted in Quebec and describes the service as compliant with Quebec Law 25 and PIPEDA; GDPR is also listed. Minispace suits teams prioritizing care logs and family updates. Daycares needing enrollment management, attendance, billing, or lesson planning should consider a more comprehensive system.
