Teams can monitor utilization, revenue, costs, profit margin, and capacity through customizable dashboards with cards, charts, tables, filters, and date ranges. The product is most suitable for SMBs that want operational planning alongside business intelligence rather than a standalone reporting layer.
The pricing structure has three tiers. Essential costs $29 per seat per month, billed monthly, and includes project and deal budgets, custom reports and dashboards, resource planning, time tracking, integrations, and AI insights. Advanced costs $39 per seat per month and adds approval workflows, project templates, project-level permissions, targets and KPIs, and custom metrics. Enterprise adds tag-based permissions, multi-currency, revenue recognition, custom integrations, and 24/7 priority support.
