Our verdict on Merivex
Merivex evaluates customer interactions against a team-defined weighted QA rubric, with a transcript citation supporting each score. It is aimed at contact centers, BPOs and customer operations teams that want automated scoring alongside human verification. It accepts chat and email conversations as well as voice-call transcripts, but does not transcribe audio. The web and API product is cloud-deployed, and published plans include a 14-day trial requiring a valid payment method.
Evidence handling is the product’s defining strength. A separate verifier flags evaluations that are not supported by their cited evidence, while a risk-based queue routes selected conversations for human review. Teams can compare automated scores with imported reviewer scores for calibration, then track quality, compliance and sentiment trends by team and agent. Merivex also identifies recurring patterns and produces evidence-linked coaching plans. That combination suits teams seeking traceable QA and a path from evaluation to coaching; buyers mainly looking for call transcription should consider a separate transcription tool.
Pricing is monthly and based on conversation volume, not per-user usage. Starter costs $299 per month and includes automatic intent classification, pattern discovery, evidence-linked coaching plans and email support. Growth is $899 per month and adds compliance and risk monitoring, custom API and webhook connectors, and priority support. Enterprise lists unlimited interactions and coverage, users and data sources, advanced roles, server-enforced permissions, TOTP multi-factor authentication, custom integrations and a named onboarding contact. For integration fit, the published options include databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, file formats such as CSV and XLSX, plus APIs and webhooks. This is useful for teams connecting data sources, but those prioritizing named customer-service platforms may find the listed ecosystem less aligned.
