Members.dev is membership management software for clubs, gyms, studios, sports organizations, associations, universities, coworking spaces, and loyalty programs. It combines a configurable member database with recurring subscriptions, automatic payments, invoices, refunds, pauses, cancellations, one-off purchases, credit packs, and guest passes. Organizations can also manage events, classes, booking slots, reservations, waitlists, benefits, entitlements, digital membership cards, and physical access-control integrations. The product supports web, iOS, Android, and API use cases, with multi-organization and multi-venue management for more complex operating models.
The plan structure follows an expansion path from administration to branded member experiences. Admin Only includes unlimited members, custom fields, membership cards, subscription management, automatic payments, bookings, and events. Pro adds a branded website, branded mobile website, and API access. Android + iOS App adds whitelabeled iOS and Android apps plus priority support.
