MeetGeek is an AI meeting assistant for individuals and teams that records, transcribes, summarizes, and organizes meetings. It can join scheduled Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams calls through a meeting bot, while desktop and mobile apps, a Chrome extension, and audio or video uploads provide additional capture options. Searchable meeting history, AI chat, action-item detection, highlights, and analytics support teams that want meeting information to remain useful after the call ends.

Pricing is structured for gradual adoption. The Basic plan is free forever and includes 3 hours of transcription per month, 3 months of transcript storage, 1 month of audio storage, and unlimited AI summaries. The Pro plan costs $9.99 per user per month with annual billing and adds 20 hours of transcription per month, 1 year of transcript storage, meeting templates, unlimited integrations, and AI agents and workflows. Business costs $17 per user per month with annual billing and adds unlimited transcription, unlimited transcript storage, 12 months of video storage, HD video recording, and team and group spaces. Enterprise adds custom pricing, SSO and SCIM, custom data retention policies, on-premise storage options, dedicated onboarding, and an account manager.

The platform fits teams that need more than transcription alone. Its integration set connects with calendars, communication tools, CRM systems, project management apps, and automation through Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, and Zapier. Public API and MCP access provide an option for custom workflows. The trade-off is that Basic limits transcription and storage, while advanced team controls and enterprise governance sit higher in the plan structure. Choose MeetGeek if you want broad capture options and workflow features; consider an alternative if your priority is a narrowly focused transcription tool or fully custom enterprise terms.
