MeetCrew review
A capable live meeting agent for enterprises that can justify its high starting price.

MeetCrew is an AI meeting participant for organizations running meetings in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, or Google Meet. It joins as a named, disclosed participant, transcribes meetings, creates summaries and action items, and answers spoken questions when addressed by name. Its strongest fit is a large enterprise that wants a live meeting agent with memory extending beyond a single call, rather than a basic transcription or note-taking tool.
The product’s ecosystem is a notable strength. MeetCrew connects with the four listed meeting platforms and supports Microsoft Entra identity, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry Agent Service, OpenAI-compatible endpoints, and custom webhooks. Its MCP server and API provide access to structured meeting memory, while supported connectors allow customers to bring their own backend agent. Admin authorization and tenant isolation add governance controls for larger deployments. Persistent memory stores decisions, questions, and commitments across meetings, and the searchable memory browser gives teams another way to retrieve that information.
Pricing is aimed at organizations with substantial meeting-agent needs. Starter costs $400 per teammate per month and includes persistent memory, the four meeting platforms, transcripts, summaries, action items, and 50 pooled agent-hours per month per teammate. Growth costs $2,250 per month and adds 300 pooled agent-hours, priority support, and onboarding. Enterprise costs $7,500 per month with annual billing and adds security review, a DPA, residency options, customer-managed keys, and tenant-admin governance at scale. The price makes MeetCrew difficult to justify for smaller teams or occasional meeting capture. Enterprises needing live answers, cross-meeting memory, and administrative controls should consider it; buyers seeking lower-cost notes or transcription should choose a narrower alternative.
