MatHub is studio management software for Pilates studios and independent teachers in the UK. Its main focus is organizing classes, client bookings, attendance, and studio communications rather than managing the full financial side of a business. Studios can create one-off, fixed-block, and recurring classes, then accept online bookings with capacity limits and double-booking prevention. Configurable health questionnaires and client profiles support onboarding, while the client booking website gives studios a branded front end with custom-domain support.
Scheduling is the strongest part of MatHub’s offering. Automatic waitlists and waitlist offers help studios manage full classes, while credits and catchups cover released or missed sessions. Attendance checklists include client photos, which can support in-class administration. Automated booking confirmations, class-change messages, and broadcasts extend the system beyond the timetable, giving studios tools for routine client communication. These features make MatHub a practical fit for businesses that need clearer control over recurring sessions, attendance, and booking changes.
The main boundary is billing. Client billing currently happens outside MatHub, and built-in payments are planned for the future, so studios seeking one system for bookings and transactions will need an additional process.
