MapYourTag is cloud-based asset tracking software for field teams managing tools, equipment, containers, vehicles, medical devices and other physical assets. It supports QR codes, barcodes and NFC tags through Android and iOS devices, while web access and an API extend use beyond mobile scanning. Teams can update asset status, check-in/check-out records, maintenance requests, comments and photos, with custom attributes and surveys for more specific workflows.
The published plans show a freemium structure. The Free Plan costs $0 per month and includes email alerts; the free offering also includes barcode, QR and NFC tracking, check-in/check-out, surveys, scan history, map locations, alerts, an API and mobile apps, with an asset limit of 100. Pro starts at $49 per month on monthly billing or $44 per month on annual billing, adding no ads. Enterprise costs $125 per month monthly or $114 per month annually, adding embedded photos, offline access, SSO, webhooks and no ads.
