MapleConcierge is Canadian property management software for landlords, property managers and owners. It tracks properties, units and occupancy; supports province-specific digital leases; collects rent through a tenant portal; manages maintenance requests and work orders; dispatches vendors; and provides owner reporting. The tenant-facing MapleRentals portal supports rent payments, renewals and receipts. Its Canadian focus also appears in payment methods, listing channels and rental workflows, making it a strong fit for landlords managing smaller portfolios in Canada.
Pricing is portfolio-based and billed monthly in CAD. The Free plan costs CAD 0 per portfolio per month and includes a tenant portal, maintenance requests, basic reporting and manual rent marking; the product description says it covers portfolios of up to five units.
