MapleConcierge is Canadian property management software for landlords, property managers and owners. It tracks properties, units and occupancy; supports province-specific digital leases; collects rent through a tenant portal; manages maintenance requests and work orders; dispatches vendors; and provides owner reporting. The tenant-facing MapleRentals portal supports rent payments, renewals and receipts. Its Canadian focus also appears in payment methods, listing channels and rental workflows, making it a strong fit for landlords managing smaller portfolios in Canada.
Pricing is portfolio-based and billed monthly in CAD. The Free plan costs CAD 0 per portfolio per month and includes a tenant portal, maintenance requests, basic reporting and manual rent marking; the product description says it covers portfolios of up to five units. Essential costs CAD 49 and adds owner portals, digital lease management, work orders, vendor dispatch and MapleSecure signing at 50% off. Professional costs CAD 99 and adds advanced reporting, owner statements, listing sync, smart-lock integration and priority Canadian support. Business costs CAD 199 and adds a multi-property dashboard, team roles and QuickBooks or Xero export. Enterprise costs CAD 499 and adds unlimited units, custom integrations, SSO, a dedicated success manager, and SLA and SOC 2 on request.
The platform’s ecosystem is practical for Canadian rental operations. It supports Interac e-Transfer, Rotessa, Stripe and PayPal, listing syndication to Kijiji and Facebook Marketplace, smart locks from Schlage Encode, August and Yale, and exports to QuickBooks Online and Xero. Integrations with Buildium, Yardi Breeze, AppFolio and RentManager further support connected workflows. MapleConcierge is best suited to landlords who value Canadian payments, leases and reporting in a browser-based system. Teams requiring native mobile access or portfolios beyond the verified 50-unit limit should consider alternatives with broader platform coverage.
