MailShelf Pro is a Windows-based email archiving application for individuals and organizations that need centralized, searchable copies of email. It archives messages from Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, IMAP4, and POP3, while also supporting PST, OST, DBX, MBOX, MSG, and EML files. Scheduled archiving, user administration, individual user rights, spam filtering, and exports to email servers, email clients, and common formats make it suited to desktop-led archiving workflows.
Pricing uses one-time licenses rather than a permanent free plan. The Single User License costs EUR 39.99 for one computer and includes one year of Update & Support Subscription. Licenses for up to 3, 5, and 10 computers cost EUR 99.99, EUR 129.99, and EUR 239.99 respectively, with the same one-year subscription included. Prices exclude VAT.
