Luma is an event platform for hosts, communities, and organizations that need to publish event pages, collect registrations, sell tickets, communicate with attendees, and manage participation. It supports attendee registration forms, approval workflows, cohost and event manager access, calendars, check-in, attendance tracking, and event communications through email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp reminders. Its free plan makes it a practical fit for simple community gatherings and paid events with straightforward requirements.
The pricing structure is easy to separate by use case. Luma Free includes unlimited events, unlimited guests per event, guest check-in, ticket types, group purchasing, coupons, and Zoom integration with attendance tracking. It also allows up to 500 invitations or newsletters per week. Luma Plus costs $59 per month billed annually and adds 0% platform fees for paid events, up to 5,000 invitations and newsletters per week, custom event URLs, five calendar admins, Zapier and API access, and priority support.
