Our verdict on Luciq

Luciq is a cloud-based mobile observability platform for engineering and product teams building and operating iOS and Android applications. It brings together fatal and non-fatal crash reporting, ANR and app-hang detection, application performance monitoring, bug reporting, session replay, release analysis, alerting, and AI-assisted issue prioritization. Its SDK also supports React Native and Flutter applications, while an API is available alongside its iOS and Android platforms.

For teams managing mobile releases, the feature depth is a central strength. Luciq tracks launches, screens, networks, and UI hangs, and session replay can include screenshots, interactions, logs, and crash context. Release analysis and app-version filtering help connect issues to specific versions, while source-map upload and crash symbolication or deobfuscation help make failures more actionable. Configurable crash and performance alerts can feed workflows through Jira, GitHub, Slack, PagerDuty, Zendesk, Asana, Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, Zapier, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow.

The published plans are aimed at enterprise buyers. Enterprise provides full platform access, with pricing based on daily active users and member seats, plus custom retention and data-retention controls and enterprise support and security features. Enterprise Premier adds 24/7 support, a dedicated Slack channel, dedicated L2 engineering support, and a custom SLA commitment. There is no free plan, and pricing is handled through sales, so Luciq fits organizations that need broad mobile visibility and structured support more than teams seeking a self-serve starting point. Teams focused primarily on frontend monitoring or lightweight, free error tracking should choose a more specialized alternative.
