Loop Subscriptions is a Shopify app for direct-to-consumer brands selling recurring products, memberships, prepaid plans, gifts, and bundles. It combines subscription selling plans, customizable storefront widgets, a self-service customer portal, payment recovery, cancellation controls, analytics, integrations, and APIs. The platform runs on the web and through an API, making it suitable for brands that want subscription acquisition, retention, and management within Shopify.
Pricing covers four tiers. Free Forever costs $0 per month and supports up to 50 subscriptions, a mobile-friendly customer portal, customer alerts, and subscription growth and revenue analytics. Starter costs $99 per month and adds failed-payment recovery, cancellation prevention, a self-serve portal, subscription bundles, out-of-stock protection, and 30+ integrations. Pro costs $399 per month and adds a dedicated CSM, surprise and delight flows, targeted campaigns, prepaid and gifting, multi-language portal capability, and API and webhooks access. Enterprise uses volume-based pricing and includes custom development, contract terms, onboarding, and support.
