Our verdict on LOFT
LOFT is RealPage’s resident experience and leasing platform for property managers and renters. It brings apartment applications, application progress tracking, lease approval and signing, identity and income verification, move-in checklists, payments, maintenance requests, and resident communications into one experience. Residents can also access community updates, events, amenity reservations, rewards, rent reporting, insurance enrollment, and deposit alternatives through the web portal and mobile apps. It is best suited to operators that want residents to manage much of the leasing and ongoing property relationship digitally.
