- Models complete workflows across APIs, queues, streams, and browser journeys
- Trace-To-Test Autopilot converts traces and recordings into test scenarios

Where it doesn't
- Free plan is limited to an HTTP adapter and 6 monthly usage hours
- Deployment is self-hosted rather than a hosted service
- Advanced reporting, plugins, and clustering are reserved for Enterprise
Our verdict on LoadStrike
LoadStrike is a self-hosted load, performance, and stress testing tool for engineering, QA, SRE, platform, DevOps, and performance teams. Its code-first model supports C#, Go, Java, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with scenarios that span APIs, queues, streams, services, and browser journeys. That makes it suited to teams that need to test complete transactions rather than isolated endpoints, including workflows that cross multiple systems.
The published plans start with Free, which includes an HTTP endpoint adapter, scenario, step, and simulation runtime, HTML, CSV, TXT, and Markdown reports, and 6 monthly usage hours. A 14-day trial is also available. Pro adds adapters for Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, Redis Streams, AWS SQS, and Azure Event Hubs, plus Traffic Mix workload distribution, Trace-To-Test Autopilot, browser Web Vitals helper scenarios, and gRPC and WebSocket adapters. Enterprise adds customer portal run reports, built-in and custom reporting sinks, custom worker plugins, coordinator-agent clustering, and advanced runtime and threshold controls.
LoadStrike fits environments that need distributed execution and transaction correlation, with integrations including Datadog, Splunk HEC, OTEL Collector, InfluxDB, TimescaleDB, and Grafana Loki. Browser journeys can use Playwright and Selenium, while reports are available in several portable formats. The main trade-off is the self-hosted deployment model, which places the product closer to engineering-controlled infrastructure than a hosted testing service. Teams wanting code-first, cross-system testing should consider LoadStrike; teams seeking a managed platform or a lightweight endpoint-only tool may prefer an alternative.
