Llavik is a web-based real estate CRM for Argentine brokerages, independent agents, and property managers. It brings contacts, properties, lead pipelines, conversations, appointments, visits, portal publishing, rental contracts, owner settlements, and reporting into one system. The included public website, Excel or CSV import, duplicate detection, and assisted migration during the trial make it relevant for agencies consolidating existing property and contact records.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Inicio costs ARS 49,900 per month and includes a visual lead funnel with scoring, a public self-managed website, Excel import, and appointments and visits. Equipo costs ARS 89,900 per month and adds centralized team WhatsApp, automatic property-client matching, portal distribution, automatic ICL/IPC adjustments, and an owner portal. Llavik’s strongest fit is an Argentine operation that needs local portals, rental adjustments, owner workflows, and messaging in the same workspace. Its customizable funnel supports scoring, automated follow-up, and lead routing, while higher tiers extend the system into prospecting and valuation. Agencies that require mobile access or email marketing should look elsewhere; Llavik is also a relatively new option, founded in 2026, rather than an established suite.
