LinkedFusion is a cloud-based LinkedIn automation platform for B2B prospecting, lead generation, and sales outreach. It supports LinkedIn invitation, messaging, and InMail sequences, automated follow-ups, a smart inbox, prospect imports, CRM synchronization, campaign reporting, personalized messages, and AI-assisted LinkedIn post generation and scheduling. Its feature mix suits sales professionals, small teams, SMBs, and agencies that want LinkedIn activity connected to a CRM rather than managed as a standalone outreach workflow.

Pricing is organized around Professional, Grow, and Ultimate tiers, with monthly, quarterly, and annual per-user monthly rates shown for the first two plans. Professional costs $65.95 monthly, $59.95 quarterly, or $46.95 annually, and includes up to 40 invites and 120 message credits per day. Grow costs $95.95 monthly, $85.95 quarterly, or $67.95 annually, raises those limits to 70 invites and 210 message credits per day, and adds Salesforce, Insightly, Close.io, and Zoho CRM integrations. Ultimate is listed at $135.95 monthly or $120.95 quarterly, with up to 100 invites, 300 message credits per day, and advanced CRM integrations. The paid-only structure makes the lower-cost Professional tier the practical entry point, while higher tiers are aimed at greater activity and CRM depth.

CRM and workflow coverage is a central strength. LinkedFusion integrates with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Insightly CRM, Close CRM, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, Zapier, and webhooks, while CSV and Google Sheets imports support prospect intake. Team templates, blacklists, account administration, and a shared inbox add coordination features for multi-person outreach. The tradeoff is focus: the product is built around LinkedIn-led prospecting and is available only on the web. Choose it when CRM synchronization, team controls, and multi-step LinkedIn campaigns matter; consider another tool if you need a free plan, a broader platform footprint, or a lower-cost starting point.

LinkedFusion pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • CRM synchronization across HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and more
    • Sequences combine invitations, messaging, InMail, and automated follow-ups
    • Shared inbox, reporting, imports, templates, and team administration
  • Where it doesn't
    • No free plan, with annual Professional pricing starting at $46.95 per user monthly
    • Available only through a web platform
    • Higher invite and message limits require more expensive tiers
