Lime CRM is an industry-tailored customer relationship management platform for organizations that want sales, marketing, and customer service in one system. Its feature set covers visual sales pipelines, customer records, document and deal tracking, marketing automation, multi-channel ticket management, configurable workflows, analytics, and AI-assisted capabilities. It is a strong fit for European businesses that need GDPR governance, role-based access, and industry-specific CRM structures, particularly when self-hosted deployment is important.
Pricing is organized into three paid monthly per-user plans. Start costs €55 per user per month and includes a visual customer overview, customer, deal, and document tracking, an industry-tailored CRM database, 3 BI questions, 5 GB of data and storage, and 5 no-code automations. Business costs €95 per user per month and adds AI Agents, lead forms and trends, CPQ, ERP, and eSign capabilities, 30 BI questions, and 15 GB of data and storage. Enterprise costs €170 per user per month and adds custom AI Agents, deal splits, order management, enhanced CPQ, ERP, and eSign capabilities, 45 BI questions, and 25 GB of data and storage. A free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
Lime CRM’s ecosystem is suited to organizations working across common European business tools. Integrations include Outlook, Google Maps, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Fortnox, Visma, Exact Online, Oneflow, and Scrive, with REST API and webhook support for additional connections. Email and Outlook calendar integration support daily sales workflows, while custom fields, tabs, views, and filters allow teams to shape the system around their processes. Choose Lime CRM when compliance, deployment control, and cross-functional CRM coverage justify the subscription. Smaller teams seeking a free option or a lower starting price should look elsewhere.
