LetSense is a cloud-based property management platform for UK self-managing landlords and letting agencies. Its scope covers compliance tracking, tenancy records, rent payment history, arrears workflows, tenant communications, maintenance, inspections, document storage and financial reporting. The web-only service fits solo, small and mid-market operators who want one system for property administration, especially where rental certificates, expiry reminders and legal notices are central to the workflow.
Pricing follows a freemium structure. The Free plan costs £0 forever and includes compliance tracking, rent tracking and payment history, tenant management and document storage. Landlord Pro costs £18 per month, billed monthly, adding maintenance tracking, automated arrears chasing, a tenant portal, Section 8 and Section 13 notices, portfolio analytics and Xero integration. Agency costs £49 per month and adds unlimited team members, branded landlord client portals, white-label branding, e-signatures, a contractor portal and BACS rent export. Agency Pro costs £89 per month and adds unlimited properties, automated client statements, SMS notifications, portfolio PDF reports, audit trail CSV export and a custom mail-from domain.
