Technicians can view assignments, record hours, and document work through web, iOS, and Android access, while managers coordinate crews and review activity centrally. Essential costs $9.90 per user per month and includes scheduling, a time clock, working hours, timesheets, customers, simple projects, and workforce management. Advanced costs $12.90 per user per month and adds advanced projects, time off, approvals and workflows, team hierarchy and managers, and advanced reporting. Enterprise includes everything in Advanced, plus extra work management, dedicated support and an account manager, and optional dedicated hosting.
