Our verdict on LegitFit
LegitFit is gym and studio management software for gyms, fitness studios, personal trainers, wellness centers, and leisure facilities. It brings together class, appointment, recurring-session, and event scheduling with online bookings, membership and package management, recurring billing, QR-code check-in, digital waivers, reporting, and branded member apps. Its progress and goal tracking makes it particularly relevant for studios that want member development to sit alongside day-to-day operations.
The buying process is quote-based rather than self-service. Pricing requires a demo and contact with sales, and there is no self-serve free trial. That makes LegitFit better suited to businesses prepared to discuss their requirements before choosing a plan than to owners comparing public monthly prices. The platform supports multiple locations, while its reporting covers revenue, attendance, retention, bookings, staff, and payments.
Its ecosystem includes Stripe and GoCardless for payments, ClassPass, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and turnstile access systems. That combination extends the platform beyond core scheduling and billing, while automated waiting lists, booking notifications, waiver storage, and branded mobile apps cover member-facing workflows. Studios seeking progress tracking, branded apps, and a wide operational toolkit should consider LegitFit. Businesses that only need simple appointment scheduling, or that require transparent self-service pricing and a free trial, should look elsewhere.
