Legience is a cloud legal practice management platform for law firms that want client intake, CRM, and case work in one system. Its workflow covers lead scoring, configurable pipelines, conflict checking, referral-source tracking, customizable intake forms, and lead-to-case conversion. Once a matter is opened, firms can manage deadlines, time tracking, invoicing, documents, e-signatures, and client-portal access. AI legal research and drafting are also included, making the product relevant to solo practitioners, small firms, mid-market teams, and enterprise organizations.

Pricing is monthly and paid-only. The Starter plan costs $99 per month and includes case management, AI legal research, AI drafting, time tracking and invoicing, e-signatures, and a client portal. Professional costs $169 per user per month and adds CRM and lead pipeline tools, two-way SMS messaging, AI document analysis, AI medical records analysis, advanced reporting, and priority support. Firm costs $249 per user per month and adds advanced administration and custom roles, audit logs and compliance, assisted onboarding and data migration, a dedicated account manager, and phone, video, and priority support. The published pricing page says final plan inclusions and allocations are still being finalized.

The strongest fit is a firm that needs to carry prospects from intake through active casework while keeping billing, communication, signatures, and client access connected. Support is available through email, chat, and phone, while the published compliance information includes HIPAA. Firms choosing the Firm plan also receive assisted onboarding, data migration, and expanded support. Legience may be less suitable for buyers seeking a free entry point or a fully settled product offering, because it is currently in an early-access program. Buyers should also review the current plan structure carefully, particularly if CRM and lead-pipeline access are central requirements.
