Our verdict on LedgerSetu
LedgerSetu is cloud-based software for Indian pawnbrokers, gold-finance shops and small NBFCs. It brings customer profiles, pledged jewellery records and loan administration into a web application. Staff can search contact details, photos and history, then link pledged-item weight, photos and condition to loans. The product is aimed at small teams that need a central view of active and overdue accounts rather than a broad retail platform.
According to the vendor's pricing description, the product is sold through an annual subscription quoted per shop. The published plan includes customer records, pledged-item tracking, loans and repayments, WhatsApp follow-ups, reports and visibility, plus setup, onboarding and training. The workflow covers loan issuance, interest, tenure and renewals, along with part-payments, full payments and dues. Aadhaar verification and CIBIL checks are available as separate add-ons, allowing shops to add those checks when relevant to their lending process.
