Our verdict on Leaptree Optimize

Leaptree Optimize is a Salesforce-native contact-center quality assurance platform for customer-experience, sales, operations, and compliance teams. It evaluates calls, chats, emails, cases, and Agentforce interactions using customizable no-code scorecards. Teams can automate scorecard scheduling, analyze conversations and trends, calibrate QA, manage skills-based approvals, and connect performance rewards or upsell incentives to service operations. Its strongest fit is a service organization that wants rewards tied to interaction quality and agent performance while working in Salesforce.

The published plans show a paid product with a 15-day free trial. Professional costs $900 per month and includes omni-channel QA scorecard assessments, automated scheduling, a no-code builder, reports and dashboards, CX agent gamification, and QA calibration. Enterprise costs $1,800 per month and adds an AI-powered CX QA engine, recommended learning actions, skills-based approvals, Agentforce QA, Conversation Insights, and Process Analysis. AI Credits are separate monthly plans: Bronze costs $2,000 for up to 25,000 interactions and five scorecard types; Silver costs $3,800 for up to 50,000 interactions and 10 scorecard types; Gold costs $6,500 for up to 100,000 interactions and 20 scorecard types. Platinum covers 100,000+ interactions and 20+ scorecard types. Professional onboarding costs $3,500 one time, while Enterprise onboarding costs $5,000 one time; both onboarding plans are required once.

Leaptree Optimize has a focused breadth: its depth is in AI-based interaction evaluation, scorecards, conversation insights, approvals, calibration, and coaching-oriented actions. Salesforce and Salesforce Agentforce are the named integrations, and the platform is available on the web. That makes it a practical candidate for Salesforce-based service teams adding structured quality programs and performance rewards. Organizations primarily seeking commission calculation, quota administration, or payout management should choose a compensation-focused alternative instead, because those functions are not central to the product’s published feature set.
