Leaf Viza review
A free-entry immigration CRM with portals, document workflows and paid IRCC autofill.

Leaf Viza combines a lead pipeline and immigration case management for consultants and law firms, with its website describing a focus on Canadian RCICs and immigration law firms. The workflow runs from inquiry capture and qualification through client intake, document review, case tracking, signatures and invoicing. A client portal lets clients upload documents, complete questionnaires, sign agreements and track cases. The free plan makes it a practical starting point for smaller firms that want core client-facing tools before committing to a paid tier.
The plans add capabilities in clear steps. Free includes a lead pipeline, portal, e-signatures and invoicing, unlimited user accounts, community support and 1 GB of document storage. Starter costs $34.99 per month and adds case and document management, smart intake questionnaires, workflows, task automation and priority support. Pro costs $99.99 per month, includes Starter features, and adds IRCC online form and IMM PDF autofill. Enterprise adds custom document storage, custom monthly autofills and a dedicated account manager to Pro features. The vendor says annual billing saves 15%, but the published prices here are monthly. Firms comparing tiers should note that government-form autofill is a Pro feature, not part of the free or Starter plans.
Its strongest fit is firms seeking a focused immigration workflow rather than a CRM centered on a broad integration ecosystem. Features include visa-specific questionnaires with autosave and validation, a document vault with versioning and approvals, case statuses, owners, deadlines and an audit trail, plus reminders and automated task lists. The listed platform is web-based and cloud-deployed. GDPR, SSO/SAML and two-factor authentication are listed as compliance or security provisions. Support is community-based on Free and priority on Starter, while Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager. Small firms can start with the free tier; firms that need IRCC autofill should budget for Pro, and buyers who require verified integrations or more established support signals may prefer another option.
