LaunchBay is a web-based client onboarding and implementation platform for agencies, consultants, professional services firms, and software teams. It connects branded client portals with conditional intake forms, file and document collection, digital contracts, electronic signatures, tasks, deadlines, reminders, project templates, invoicing, payments, and project reporting. Clients can use magic links, complete onboarding steps, upload files, sign documents, and follow project progress while internal teams manage delivery in the same workspace.
Pricing is organized into Essentials, Standard, and Premium tiers, with monthly and annual displays. Essentials costs $29 per user per month monthly or $19 per user per month annually. It includes unlimited projects and clients, a branded portal, intake forms, and invoicing and payments; the annual display also lists an AI Form & Project Builder.
