Kredily is an HRMS and payroll platform for Indian businesses that want employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll and statutory calculations in one system. It is especially suited to solo operators and small to mid-market teams seeking a free starting point, while its mobile apps and employee self-service tools support distributed workforces. The platform covers payslips, performance reviews, feedback, OKR tracking, expenses and an AI payroll and HR copilot alongside core HR administration.

Pricing is the clearest differentiator. Free Forever costs ₹0 per month and includes payroll, HR, attendance, leave, PF, ESI, PT and TDS statutory calculations, employee self-service, the mobile app and web clock-in attendance. Payroll OS costs ₹1,249 per month and adds ICICI Bank and NEFT salary payouts, PF and ESI challans, Form 12BB, Form 16, analytics and reports. Professional costs ₹1,749 per month and adds unlimited leave, attendance and salary rules, selfie and GPS attendance, expense workflows and unlimited storage.
