KMeet is Infomaniak’s video-conferencing service for individuals and businesses. It supports meetings from the web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, including meetings without registration. Its core toolkit covers audio and video calls, chat, reactions, screen sharing, drawing, remote control, breakout rooms, participant moderation, waiting rooms, password protection, virtual backgrounds, and calendar scheduling. The free plan is suitable for users who need secure meetings with practical collaboration features without a subscription.

The published plans show a Free tier available for life with basic collaboration, 15 GB of cloud storage, and kMeet included. Standard adds 50 GB of storage per user, desktop and mobile applications, recording to kDrive, and a waiting room. Business raises storage to 3 TB per user while retaining those meeting capabilities. Enterprise provides 6 TB per user, plus SSO and SCIM access management. Paid plans are provided through kSuite Pro, with paid prices shown as CHF monthly equivalents for annual commitments. The paid kSuite plans have no participant limit.

Privacy and ecosystem fit are central to KMeet’s appeal. Meetings are encrypted by default, while optional end-to-end encryption is available on supported Chromium-based browsers and desktop applications. Infomaniak hosts the service and data in Switzerland, and integrations include kDrive, Infomaniak Calendar, and kChat. Choose KMeet if you want a free-first meeting product with moderation, recording, storage, and encryption options across major platforms. Organizations seeking a broader non-Infomaniak integration ecosystem or end-to-end encryption across every supported access method should consider alternatives.
